We accept and direct bill the following extended health care insurance: WCB, DVA, MSP, and Blue Cross and GreenShield. We do treat ICBC claims, however we are unable to do direct billing; therefore patients will have to pay the full amount and ICBC will reimburse the difference. New patients are welcome.
Partial MSP coverage is available if you have premium assistance (income of $24,000 a year or less) and covers 10 visits per calendar year. Note that the remainder of the cost per visit will need to be covered by you as MSP will contribute only $23 per visit.
New patients will be asked to fill out an intake form. For convenience you may print the form off, fill it out and bring it in for your first visit or scan and email it to info@activemassagetherapy.ca
